We offer the Waiver for Older Adults programs for seniors who require long-term care services to remain in a community setting even though their advanced age or disability would warrant placement in a long term care facility. We provide the following services under the Waiver for Older Adults:

• Personal Care Nurse Monitoring
• Personal Care Agency Respite Care
• Family and Consumer Training
• Behavior Consultation

(Home and Community-Based Options Waiver) Home Care Services

The Living at Home Waiver Program that we offer are for people with physical disabilities, who are between the ages of 18 to 64, and need assistance with daily living to be able to to live in their own home. We provide the following services under the Living at Home Waiver:

• Family Training
